Shipping policy

The Goods will be delivered by normal commercial means to a location in Great Britain or the Channel Islands or internationally as agreed between the parties (and, where applicable, as stated in the Order Confirmation). Delivery shall take place during normal business hours. Delivery shall occur at the point where the Goods first enter upon the Purchaser’s premises. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to receive the Goods promptly upon arrival at its premises.

The Company shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Goods on or before stated delivery dates; however the time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract, and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods however so caused. Please note the days required for delivery are classed as working days. The Company’s flat rate delivery in the UK can take between 2 – 3 working days. The Company’s flat rate international delivery  can take between 5 – 10 working days The Company aims to fulfil orders within 1 working day.

If the Purchaser fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to give Company adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery then (without prejudice to any other right and remedy available to Company, including specific performance) Company may: (i) store the Goods until actual delivery and charge Purchaser the reasonable costs (including insurance) for such storage, or (ii) sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to Purchaser for the excess over the price under the Contract or charge Purchaser for any shortfall below the price under the Contract.
